To add a new contact, go to the Audience tab on your account, click on the red button in the lower right corner of the page, and then the New Contact button. Then enter the contact information – the mandatory fields are the name of the media outlet and email address. You can also add a contact's name, position and contact details. Aditionally, you can add the contact’s Twitter profile so you can track their activities directly from the database. Besides the typical contact data, you can also add to an existing contact: a personalized greeting to a header of future emails (Greetings), publications (Coverage) in the form of links to content that you generated in collaboration with the person, and notes (Notes), that is any information, which may be useful for subsequent interactions with a given contact.
