To create a new group, go to the Audience screen and again click on the pink button (+) and select GROUP. Enter the group name and confirm it with the SAVE button. Remember that you can have as many groups as you want.
From the contact list, select your contact by clicking on the tick sign (✔) on the left; then, from the menu button (...) select ADD TO AN EXISTING GROUP. Select your group and confirm it with the COPY button – the contact will be copied to this group.
