How to allow Master Access on your account

Master Access enables the Support Team to log into your account and make necessary adjustments when needed.

Here is an instruction on how to allow Master Access on your account: 

On your account click on cogwheel icon -> Account settings -> switch the Allow Prowly team to access my account  button:

This setting can be enabled or disabled at any time according to your preferences. This means you have full control over when the Prowly team can access your account. If you wish to receive assistance or support from the Prowly team, you can enable this option, granting them the necessary permissions to help you effectively.
