With Prowly you can customize the content of policies displayed in your newsroom.
To manage privacy, cookies and GDPR policy, go to Content -> Newsrooms -> Settings -> Privacy.
Editing and formatting text
You can write or paste the content into the three fields. To customize it, select the text and right-click on it. You can then underline it, make it bold or cursive, change the text type, and add links.
Another way to include URLs is by clicking ctrl + K (command + K on Macbooks).
Privacy and GDPR
You can use these forms to let your readers know how you are collecting and managing their personal data.
Privacy and GDPR policies buttons are available at the very bottom of the newsroom. When you click on them, you will be taken to a page where you can read the complete content of these policies.
Cookies Policy
This policy can be used to inform visitors about the type of cookies you're gathering from their activity. The modal for cookies policy is slightly different from privacy and GDPR policies, as it's displayed directly on the newsroom and prompts visitors to either accept or reject them:
