To manage privacy, cookies and GDPR policy, go to **Content** -\> **Newsrooms** -\> **Settings** -\> **Privacy**. ![newsroom settings policies](https://help.prowly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Help/Newsroom/newsroom%20settings%20policies.png?width=688&height=326&name=newsroom%20settings%20policies.png) ### Editing and formatting text You can write or paste the content into the three fields. To customize it, select the text and right-click on it. You can then underline it, make it bold or cursive, change the text type, and add links. ![privacy policy edit](https://help.prowly.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Help/Newsroom/privacy%20policy%20edit.png?width=400&height=324&name=privacy%20policy%20edit.png) Another way to include URLs is by clicking **ctrl + K** (**command + K** on Macbooks).  ### Privacy and GDPR You can use these forms to let your readers know how you are collecting and managing their personal data. Privacy and GDPR policies buttons are available at the very bottom of the newsroom.
